Erin Jo Baker April 30, 1998 - October 04, 2021
Erin Jo Baker, 23, of Allenwood, PA, died heroically sacrificing her own life to save her family from an oncoming automobile on Monday October 4 in Virginia. A celebration of life will be held at a future date to be announced.
Erin was born April 30, 1998 in Orlando, FL to David Aaron Baker and Joan Lynn Williams Blackwell. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, both of Wintersville, OH, John Ray Williams and Janet Josephine Johsnson Williams, her Paternal Grandfather of Ripley, TN, William Robert Baker Jr., and her Paternal Step Grandfather of TN Phil Stanfil, and several of her cherished aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her mother of Sophia, NC, her father and step mother Linda of Adele, GA, her fiancé Zachary David Grady of the home, and her beloved daughters Leana Elaine Grady and Lula Ann Grady, her mother and father in law Somer and Kyle Caton, her paternal grandmother Rose Stanfill, her brothers Troy Blackwell Jr. and wife Emily, David Conroy and wife Channing, Cody Baker and fiance Brittany, her sisters Chelsea Holley and husband Lorenzo, and Miley Baker, along with many neices and nephews.

Erin was a loving fiancee to Zac, devoted mother to Lula and Leana, beloved daughter to Joan Williams Blackwell and David Aaron Baker, and dearest sister. She was a dear friend to many, and leaves us a true hero. Her selfless sacrifice, given without any hesitation, saved the lives of her fiancé and daughters. Erin loved the outdoors and always wore a smile that touched every heart she came into contact with. She was strong and proud, raised with Southern family values and loved nature like she loved her children. A hug from Lula and Leanne, a kiss from Zac, and the sound of ATV tires throwing mud with her mother all brought joy to her heart while she was with us. That joy now lives in our hearts when we remember how special she was, how deeply she touched us all, and how much we will miss our hero, our daughter, our friend Erin.

Gone to soon
Still touched so many lives
Forever in our hearts
No longer by our side

Your laugh stained out memories
Your smile lit up every room
We gained a guardian angel
A beautiful life taken too soon

A beautiful mother
Everyones friend
Amazing sister
Loving her fiance to no end

Gone to soon
We never know why
Our beautiful angel
Our hero in the sky
