Sarah Anne Strickland went to be with her Lord on June 9, 2023.
Sarah was born March 19, 1980, to Frank and Sheila Stickland in Pulaski Virginia. She is survived by her husband; Marty Johnson, daughter; Stella Gaskins, parents Frank Strickland (Anne) and Sheila Hall (Ed), sister, Marybeth Tedesco (Anthony), sisters; Samantha and Alexandra Hall, nephew; Philip, beloved Papa; Johnny Miller, Aunts Donna Williams (Philip), Gina Idol (Craig), Robyn Fulwider (Bill), Lori Braun (Tom), and cousins galore!
Sarah enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Stella, her family, and her dog, Romeo. Her love of fashion and makeup led her to a career in cosmetology. Sara followed her passion and ultimately opened her own hair salon.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 23, from 4-6, pm at Davidson Funeral Home, 301 N. Main Street, Lexington, NC 27292. A memorial service will held at a later date in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
