| Jerrry Harold Chisholm October 25, 1942 - November 02, 2023 |
Mr. Jerry Harold Chisholm, 81, of Dowd Rd., Candor, NC passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at FirstHealth Hospice House.
A graveside inurnment service will be held on Sunday, Nov. 5 at the Chisholm Family Cemetery (Lovin Hill Rd.,) conducted by Rev. Jeffrey Pope. Following the service, the family will be receiving friends at the fellowship hall of Candor Baptist Church.
Jerry was born on October 25, 1942 in Montgomery County, NC the son of Barnie Chisholm and Lillian Blake Chisholm. He had been employed as a truck driver and was of the Presbyterian faith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Roy, Paul, and Ralph Chisholm.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Carole Greene Chisholm; son, Michael Chisholm (Amy) of Salisbury; daughters, Lisa Chisholm Smith (Kevin) of Matthews and Laura Chisholm Wilson (Michael) of Candor; 4 sisters, Fran Laws (Junior) of High Point, Louise Reese (John) of Cummings, GA, Joyce Ellis of Pleasant Garden, and Janie Cockman (DA) of Greensboro; 6 grandchildren, Clayton Chisholm (Lindley), Taylor Smith, Katy Chisholm, Erin Smith, Jacob Wilson, and Nathan Chisholm; 2 great-grandchildren, Carter Chisholm and Blaire Chisholm.

The family will be meeting at 769 Dowd Rd. Candor
