admin writes, "Everyone lives by some kind of law or laws or code. Even the atheists and cults and the occult has their own lifestyles or order they follow. Most of the above usually says Christianity tries to force their belief system down their throats. That is no doubt just an excuse to fit their lifestyle without the fear of some kind of penalty. I know of no Church or person that has ever forced anyone to believe a certain way. If on facebook, delete the person whom you think does that, it's a freedom we have in our Constitution and way of life, but there are some that just like to bait some into a confrontation.
1 And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
Found in Exodus 20: 1-17"

WORDS TO LIVE BY! |
admin writes, "You’re addicted to your phone and that could be a real problem in society today!
Sure, cell phones are super cool gadgets that can leave us entranced when we use them. While that’s fun, think about all the time you are wasting with your phone. Even worse, think about all the relationships that might be affected. Maybe you’re texting or searching the internet while you’re having dinner with your spouse or kids. If you are, you’re missing out on meaningful time you can spend with your loved ones – or time you could devote to making a plan for your future."

YES IT DID |
admin writes, "After Quasimodo's death, the bishop of the cathedral of Notre Dame sent word through the streets of Paris that a new bellringer was needed. The bishop decided that he would conduct the interviews personally and went up into the belfry to begin the screening process.
After observing several applicants demonstrate their skills, he decided to call it a day when a lone, armless man approached him and announced that he was there to apply for the bellringers job. The bishop was incredulous, "You have no arms!"
"No matter," said the man, "Observe!"
He then began striking the bells with his face, producing a beautiful melody on the carillon. The bishop listened in astonishment, convinced that he had finally found a suitable replacement for Quasimodo.
Suddenly, rushing forward to strike a bell, the armless man tripped, and plunged headlong out of the belfry window to his death in the street below.
The stunned bishop rushed to his side. When he reached the street, a crowd had gathered around the fallen figure, drawn by the beautiful music they had heard only moments before. As they silently parted to let the bishop through, one of them asked, "Bishop, who was this man?"
"I don't know his name," the bishop sadly replied, "but his face rings a bell.""

FACTOID! |
admin writes, "Some folks are born with no eyesight, but they learn to overcome and lead productive lives. Like the folks that can not hear, their other senses sharpen up. All of us are born into sin, started with the curse in the garden. Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, you have the power for victory over sin. The more we have victory and give God the glory, our other senses will also sharpen up, Discernment, seeing the seed of temptation, broken heart and burden for others. Too many benefits to list. Doesn't mean we become sinless, sin will happen everyday, however we have the forgiveness (Grace) waiting for us. How we use that in our homes and out in public, could determine how others will react to your attitude, keeping in mind we may be the only Bible they will see!

PRACTICE |
admin writes, "I never want to get in the habit of saying I'm too busy or have no time.
Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Hit the reset from yesterday and start fresh and put a big smile on that face and Bless some people! I'm so glad I serve a God that welcomes me every morning and doesn't bring up my shortcomings from the day before. But we do learn from them"

THINK ABOUT IT |
admin writes, "Facebook can be used as a good thing or a bad thing. Good thing is you can communicate with family and friends that live afar off, even though it shouldn't completely replace human contact. Texting seems to have become the norm, which could be bad as you can't feel the emotion in the text itself. Majority of people read social netword like they would a newspaper, and never make a post. Some never put their own thoughts and start their own dialogue , instead they just copy or share someone else's thoughts, which if you are consistantly doing that , then you are surrendering your own personality to another and of course many times it will be misread or misunderstood by others. If you want the network to work for you in a healthy way then communicate from within. Everybody in the world has their own problems and no one has that perfect life that some would make you think. It's how you react and face your problems that will determine your happiness. The I Phone seems to be replacing the one on one human touch in many Ministries. Some constantly check their phone to see who is on. Folks, I have a lot of Facebook friends and NONE of them is important because of their phone, but it prolly because they are lonely people and that has been substituted as their life. Family or friends should look at life as; to have a friend, you must be a friend and social network really can't take that position. I hope this has helped someone even as I ramble from one thing to another, and as the Lord brought it to my attention and I have decided to call my family (especially) on the phone or if close enough, visit them
