Gene Todd, Sr. August 23, 1956 - May 8, 2025 |
Gene Allen Todd, Sr., a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and devoted family man, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Salisbury National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

age 81 passed away Tuesday May 6, 2025 at Forsyth Medical Center. He retired from Davidson/Davie Community College where he taught Mathematics.

John Thomas Kiger |
aged 89, of Jerusalem Rd., Lexington, NC, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Thomasville Medical Center. Born on May 10, 1935, in Davie County, he was the son of John Wesley Kiger and Adelia Stuart Kiger.
John honorably served in the United States Navy and later worked in research and development for PPG Industries. He was a man of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wanda Sue Elders Kiger, his parents, and all of his siblings. He leaves behind a loving family, including his sons, Thomas Wayne Kiger and Gary Lee Kiger and his wife Jennifer, his daughter Rhonda Wallace, as well as 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Lillie Smith Lockwood, 90, of Davidson County, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Hinkle Hospice House. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 2:00 PM, Friday, May 9, 2025, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 2:00 PM, in the chapel. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Thomasville, NC.

Arthur Lee Bostick, 79 of Jones Road in Mocksville NC, passed away Tuesday May 6, 2025 at his home.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday May 10, 2025 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with Pastor David Hedrick officiating services.

Billy Gene Holleman, Sr., aged 61, of Denton, NC, passed away peacefully at his residence on May 6, 2025. Born on October 6, 1963, in Bluefield, WV, Billy was the beloved son of the late Russell Lee Holleman and Louise Sizemore Holleman.
